One-to-One Online Tuition and Support Worldwide

All remote support sessions will be with Mike Smart, a certified Microsoft Master Instructor and author of "Learn Access 2003 VBA With The Smart Method".

You don't need to load any software on your machine

Windows XP and Vista already have remote support features built-in. All you need is a broadband internet connection and a headset and microphone and it will feel just like I am sitting next to you. I can see everything you do on my screen and, if you give me explicit permission to during the session, I can even demonstrate any technique by operating your machine by remote control.

There's no security issue

You have to give explicit permission for me to connect. Unless you give explicit further permission I will only be able to see what you are doing on your screen and not be able to demonstrate any technique by remote control of your machine. After the session I will not be able to re-connect to your machine without your explicit permission. No extra software is loaded, these are built-in features of your operating system and Microsoft have ensured that they are totally secure.

What you need to use online tuition/support

A broadband connection
You must be using the Windows XP or Vista operating system
If you are using the home edition of Windows XP or Vista you must be using an owner account

What it costs and how you pay

I charge £49 GBP (convert to other currencies here) per hour for remote support and you must purchase one hour up-front. If you live in the United Kingdom, or in the EEC but do not have a VAT number I will have to add VAT (sales tax) at 17.5%. Non EEC customers do not have to pay VAT.

If you have minutes left over after your problem is resolved you can use them again for another support session in the future. You need to pay via credit card in advance and you can do this on-line by clicking on the button below.


	Click here if you live in the United Kingdom or live in the EEC but do not have a VAT registration number. Your one-hour of support will cost £49 plus VAT at 17.5%, a total of £57.58.

	Click here if you live outside the EEC. Your one-hour of support will cost £49 (no VAT needs to be charged)
