- All bookings are provisional until confirmed.
- Written acceptance by The Smart Method Ltd, of
a booking (made online, by Email or by
telephone)
confirms the relevant delegate course place(s) and
the terms and conditions, described below. The
conditions are then binding, from the date of
acceptance.

- All fees are exclusive of VAT.
- Payment for courses must be made in full
by credit card at the time of booking or 21 days prior to
the proposed course starting date by credit card or BACS transfer.
- The fee includes full course documentation and
buffet lunch.

- You are welcome to substitute an alternative
participant free of charge at any time.
- All cancellations, transfers and substitutes
will be recognised only when received and
acknowledged in writing.
- For cancellations made between four and two
weeks prior to day one of the course, 50% of the fee
is chargeable. Alternatively, a free-of-charge
re-schedule may be made to any date within the following 12 months. If
the re-scheduled booking is subsequently cancelled,
the original 50% cancellation fee still applies.
- For cancellations within two weeks prior to day
one of the course, or in the case of non-attendance,
the full fee is payable. Re-scheduling
is not permitted during this period.

- It may be necessary for reasons beyond our
control to alter the venue or timetable of a course.
Fees will be refunded should The Smart Method Ltd
cancel any event. We accept no liability for any
other cost.
